What we collect: identity and contact details, business ownership information, account balances and transaction history, and bank account details used for deposits and payments.

How we share: with our sponsor bank and processors to operate the account; with Equifax Business and Dun & Bradstreet to report payment history; as required by law. We do not sell your information.

How we protect: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and annual safeguards review under the FTC Safeguards Rule.

Identity & KYB records: retained 5 years after account closure (BSA/CIP). Statements & transaction records: retained 7 years. Bureau furnishing logs & dispute files: retained 5 years. Marketing preferences: until withdrawn.

After the retention period, records are securely disposed of per NIST SP 800-88. You may request a copy of, or deletion of, personal data we hold where state law provides that right; identity and transaction records required by federal law are exempt from deletion.
